After being represented five times from 2014 and last year, Togo is once again represented in the selection of the Institut Choiseul, which annually identifies the African economic leaders of tomorrow.
This is the fourth consecutive year that the Director General of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and Secretary General of the African Public Procurement Network, Aftar Touré Morou, has been included in this ranking. For the 2022 edition, he finds himself in 30th place.
Stéphane Kpobie Tchasso Akaya, Permanent Secretary for the monitoring of reform policies and financial programs at the Ministry of Economy and Finance is ranked in the Top 200 for the second consecutive year. The two economists thus confirm their leadership.
As a reminder, in its ranking, the French independent think tank identifies “the 200 young African leaders aged 40 and under, called upon to play an important role in the development of Africa in the near future”.
