New regulations for tourist accommodation establishments in West Africa

The capital of Togo, Lomé has been hosting since Monday, April 3, 2023, a meeting of experts in the field of tourism in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). The aim is to validate and adopt the new regulatory texts for tourist accommodation establishments in the sub-region.

This meeting, chaired by Togo’s Minister of Culture and Tourism, Gbenyo Lamadokou, is being held as a prelude to the meeting of ministers in charge of tourism scheduled for Friday, April 7.
