The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has appointed Josiane Kwenda as the new manager for Togo, along with three other countries, namely Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire and Benin.
The branch of the World Bank Group dedicated to financing the private sector, formalized the appointment of Josiane Kwenda as Country Manager a few days ago.
American of Cameroonian origin, the new manager has more than 13 years of experience in the industry, with similar positions already held in Senegal, Mauritania, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau and The Gambia.
In Togo, Josiane Kwenda will continue IFC’s action, in line with the country’s development priorities, particularly in the sectors of agribusiness, infrastructure, digital inclusion, affordable housing, health and support for SMEs.
