Tokyo 2020 Olympics : Togolese athletes sign a charter of good conduct

Togolese athletes qualified for the Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020, Japan, the Olympic Committee of Togo and the Ministry of Sports signed a charter of good conduct on Monday, July 12, 2021.

The event took place in the presence of Ms. Lidi Bessi-Kama, Minister of Sports and Recreation, board members of the CNO-Togo, the presidents of the federations whose athletes have discharged and the Togolese flag bearer, Claire Akossiwa AYIVON.

As a reminder, 5 athletes will represent the country in this competition, These are:

Claire Ayivon, 25 years old, qualified in the 2Km Skiff in Rowing event, Fanny Kokou Dodji, 34 years old, he will defend the colors of Togo in the table tennis event while Fabrice Kokoutse Dabla, 28 , he will compete in the sprint in the 100m.

The Togolese swimmer Damien Otogbe, 18 also qualified for the 50m freestyle event at the Tokyo Olympics, and Kabissa Kouméalo, a javelin and wheelchair discus specialist. She will be present at the Paralympic Games.
