The Togolese government announces the reopening of places of worship from November 19. However, access to these places by people not vaccinated against Covid-19 will soon be subject to presentation of a negative PCR test.
Therefore, from December 3, access to places of worship will be subject to presentation of a vaccination pass or a negative PCR test of less than three days.
According to the Togolese authorities, the objective of this decision is to continue the fight, particularly during this period of preparation for festivals favorable to large gatherings.
The resumption of religious activities also concerns only daytime services. In this sense, “are and remain prohibited, night cults and nightly prayer vigils, except in exceptional cases”.
Will it be compulsory in their maçonnique lodge?
