The Seven Seas Voyager makes a stopover in Togo

The Seven Seas Voyager cruise ship docked on Sunday November 27 at the port of Lomé. On board, almost 700 tourists came to discover the tourist assets of Togo.

Tourists aboard the Seven Seas Voyager, the first cruise ship to dock in Togo since the resumption of tourist activities weighed down by the coronavirus pandemic, visited different places.

Especially, the fetish market, the slave house in Agbodrafo and Lake Togo. This stopover therefore marks a revival of tourist activities in Togo.

According to the government, Togo recorded 983,969 tourists last year, compared to 481,706 in 2020, with a growth of 34% in revenue, or 25 billion FCFA.
