Togo is one of the 10 countries in sub-Saharan Africa that have provided a better budgetary and financial response to COVID-19, revealed the World Bank through its specialized magazine Africa’s Pulse
The Vice-President of the World Bank for West and Central Africa, Ousmane Diagana will pay, from October 27, an official visit to Togo, announced the government.

The third economic summit of the G20 Compact with Africa was held last Friday in Berlin, Germany. The summit was attended online by two Togolese Ministers.
“ The purpose of this rehabilitation is to ensure a good movement of people and goods, safety, security, and speed in the exit of goods, which will increase the visibility of the port platform and its competitiveness,” indicated the government.
The site, designed with the assistance of Unctad, provides exhaustive information on the business environment in Togo, and aims to support investors in accessing information, carrying out administrative procedures and facilitation of their installation.
Building on its inaugural success (more than 100,000 visitors, 160 exhibitors, 08 countries), the Market intends to continue in the same vein: nearly 300 stands are thus made available for exhibitors from around twenty countries, and at least 100,000 visitors are expected
Togo will therefore be able to receive financial contributions in a wider range of sectors such as electricity, transport infrastructure, natural resources, heavy industries or telecommunications
